We are an interactive culinary environment. At our restaurant we create and interpret the culinary ideas inspired from different cultures, products, and techniques. Our always evolving menu is a result of the interaction and interchange of different experiences.
The menu is divided into four acts of small size dishes. Each act offers a wide selection in what would be a progression in the intensity of flavors. This concept applied to tasting menus, is employed to offer diners a unique culinary experience that engages all the senses and awakens every corner of the palate.
First Act: Emphasizes vegetables
Second Act: Fruits of the Sea (fish, seafood, shellfish, etc.)
Third Act: White Meat and Poultry
Fourth Act: Various Meats
Each dish has 3 suggested wines to pair. It also contains a selection of cuts of meat that can be served as a main dish or shared. They have a choice of three sauces and six side dishes. Thus the guest can also make their own combination of cuts, textures and flavors.
Our bar is composed of the best mixologists in Puerto Rico, members of the World Class program. They are responsible for providing unique service and knowledge to the bar serving unique cocktails for our guests.
